- Complete a guided 12-question business assessment

- Upgrade to premium tiers for enhanced analysis, additional plans, and advanced features
The outputs generated by waverock are for informational and planning purposes only.

3. Account Registration

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
(monthly or annually, as selected).
All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as stated in our Return Policy below.

The growth plans and strategic recommendations generated by the Service ("Outputs")
are provided to you for your personal or internal business use.
You may use, adapt, and implement Outputs for your own business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publish Outputs as your own original work for commercial gain
without our written consent.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVEROCK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- That the AI-generated Outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
- That any defects or errors will be corrected
AI-generated growth plans are based on the information you provide and general business patterns.
They are not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WAVEROCK,
ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- The amount you paid to WAVEROCK in the 12 months preceding the claim
- One Hundred US Dollars ($100)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless waverock and its officers,
directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities,
damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, Your Content,
or your violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification,
suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which waverock offers refunds for paid subscriptions and purchases.
Because waverock is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product, traditional "returns" do not apply —
however, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the value of our platform.
1. Subscription Refunds
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period,
after which no further charges will occur.
No partial-month refunds are issued.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your annual subscription,

After 7 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel an annual plan after the guarantee period,
you will retain access through the end of the subscription year.
1.3 Free Trial to Paid Conversion
If your account transitions from a free trial to a paid subscription,
the 14-day guarantee begins on the date the first paid charge is processed.
2. One-Time Purchases
If waverock offers any one-time purchases (e.g., individual strategy reports, add-on modules),
refunds for these products are available within 5 days of purchase
if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
Once a report or deliverable has been viewed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Monthly subscription fees (any billing period already begun)
- Annual subscription fees after the 7-day guarantee window has passed
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Cases where the refund policy has already been applied to the same account previously
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs that does not reflect a technical failure of the platform
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period (non-use does not constitute grounds for a refund)
5. Service Outages & Technical Issues
If waverock experiences a significant technical outage or service disruption lasting more than
24 consecutive hours that prevents you from accessing the platform,
you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to your next billing cycle.
Outage credits are not issued as cash refunds.
This does not apply to one-time purchases.

6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and potential collection activity.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid,
except within the guarantee windows described above.
